Main responsibilities:

-Ensure effective, stable and secure operation of DNVs global server infrastructure..
-Delivery according to the customers expectations and SLA requirements..
-Drive continuous improvements of the services..
-Ensure work is conducted in accordance with relevant work processes and procedures..
-Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Qualifications:

You should have a thorough interest and understanding of all aspects related to operation and support of IT infrastructure.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and interpersonal skills:

-Proficiency in English - written and oral; the working language is English..
-Knowledge of Microsoft technology, products and solutions..
-Knowledge of Symantec backup technology, Backup Exec and NetBackup..
-Knowledge of Vmware technology, products and solutions..
-Relevant experience from management of global infrastructure operations..
-Broad knowledge of IT Service Management and best practices (e.g. ITIL)..
-Proactive and solution oriented mindset, service attitude and ability to build a good working ..environment across IT@DNV
