Progresso for one of the Clients, international production company is searching

PLANT MANAGER
Reference number. IT/W/K/08
Place: near Wroclaw

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
2. Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
3. Responsible for plant production goals.
4. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
5. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
6. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
7. Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
8. Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
9. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
10. Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
11. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Fluency in English.
2. Direction of plant operations and community relations requires significant manufacturing knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills. This is normally acquired by five to ten years of manufacturing experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
3. Education level: Masters Degree/MBA Studies in a related technical or management discipline
4. Expert level skills in progressive management tools; LEAN, 6-sigma, TQM, etc.
5. A background in organizations experiencing significant growth and expansion is desirable.
6. Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, superiors, customers.
7. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
8. Must have strong organizational skills, with superior attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and objectives.
