Project Office Administrator 1600/08/PI - Kraków



Opis stanowiska:

Our Client is the largest global provider of Human Resources outsourcing services.


Main responsibilites:

preparing documentation, general correspondence, presentations and reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and materials, ad-hoc reports and documents etc.,
administering of the Project Office Pulse database, Project Office Reference database, internal and client Projects Register databases, and Programme Office Mailbox,
providing general administration support to the Project Management team as appropriate,
organising and taking notes for Project Meetings,
performing core programme/project administration tasks,
storing and logging programme/project documentation,
assisting the Project Office Analyst / Lead Analyst with the maintenance and organisation of project documentation,
producing weekly and monthly reports and metrics.

Wymagania od kandydata

educated to degree level, or equivalent business experience (Preferred: Graduate in IT/Computer Sciences/Engineering/Maths/Business related degree),
fluency in English,
knowledge of Business Processes and Project Awareness,
good MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills.
