Architekt - dyrektor - Szczecin


Opis stanowiska:

Our client is a professional consultant operating across the construction design disciplines. The core activity is architectural design, which generates approximately 70% of business turnover.

We are looking for 1 Architect who will establish, manage group of other architects and lead our branch office in Poland, preferable Szczecin. He/she will also design solutions and detalling drawings, manage project from inception throught to final completion and handover, communicate with clients on a daily basis.

As a part of preparation process there is predicted to bring successful candidate to Northern Ireland for few months.

Wymagania od kandydata

- fully qualified architect
- 5 years experience as architect
- CAD experience
- Photoshop, Viz, 3D Studio or similar - proven presentation skills
- ability to work on own initiative
- min. good English
